Workshop Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

In the event of a tour cancellation another tour within 6 months will be offered or refund will be provided. To secure your booking full payment at time of booking is required.

Should you need to cancel your participation in a workshop notification should be made outside of 30 days. Cancellations outside of 30 days will be refunded in the form of a James Harvie Photography workshop gift certificate less a 30% administration charge of the total workshop fee.

Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded. No cash refunds will be provided after workshop commencement.

James Harvie Photography reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to inclement weather, lack of participants, unsafe circumstances or acts of God.

James Harvie Photography liability is limited to a complete refund of all monies paid in the event of a workshop being cancelled. Travel costs incurred as a result of workshop cancellation is the responsibility of the participant wholly.

Image Use:

James Harvie Photography reserves the right to use images from the workshop for promotional, exhibition or any other purpose whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability.

Making a booking is your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

James Harvie Photography has no liability for any damages, expenses or losses incurred as the results of inclement weather, fire, theft, death, political disputes, acts of God, terrorism, sickness, strikes or any other unforseen circumstances.

In no event shall James Harvie Photography have any liability for incidental or consequential damages, however characterized.

Medical / Insurance

Each workshop participant should be in good medical condition, and advise of any conditions which might affect their participation. In some circumstances strenuous walking and climbing may be endured.

It is advisable to have personal health insurance and travel insurance where necessary.

James Harvie Photography accepts no responsibility or liability for the  provision of medical care.

I unconditionally release and discharge James Harvie Photography from any liabilities claims and causes of action that may arise from any act, omission, default, error or failure on the part of James Harvie Photography ( including any negligent act, failure or error) occurring wholly or partially during the course of the workshop and including whilst travelling to or from or during the workshop.
