Wedding Photographer on the Mornington Peninsula – All Smiles Sorrento
Mornington Peninsula wedding venue All Smiles set the scene for this stunning Sorrento Beach wedding.
Already married ( ssssshhhhhhh ) in Japan Mariko and Rob decided to travel to the stunning All Smiles in Sorrento. I first met this couple when they were in Finland, yes Scandinavia. They both loved my natural earthy style of photography and I really think this suits wedding Photography on the Mornington Peninsula.
We began with a 1stlook Photo shoot right down in front of All Smiles on Sorrento Back beach. This is one of the great things about All Smiles is you have this amazing beach for your Mornington Peninsula Wedding photos.
Unlike most weddings Mariko and Rob had no bridal party and we began the location shoot 1stup. The 1stphoto was a first look shot which is always fun to do. We then headed to this gorgeous tree area I know close by. I’ve grown up in the Portsea area since 1984 and I have to say the area is in my blood. I love the beaches and can get my clients into some unknown tucked away areas. I really think as a wedding couple it pays to use a Mornington Peninsula local wedding photographer.
Back up at all Smiles we were in the capable hands of the very talented Kat Sillars Civil Celbrant. Kat is wonderful. So down to earth and easy to work with. She actually has this great little quirky trait where she offers her brides a quick calming alcoholic shot to help calm the nerves right before you march down the Isle.
The weather worked well for us and right after the ceremony and family shots we had some Sake ceremony traditions in true Japanese style. As always the food was wonderful.
